shortcodes not working

I am so keen to use the eStore plugin but for some reason the shortcodes are not working for me.

I have entered my data into the plugin interface and then try to insert, for example,

[wp_eStore_buy_now_fancy id=1]

into a page (in the HTML section) on a WordPress blog but nothing happens. When I click to preview, or even when I have published the page, nothing displays except the shortcode itself. WordPress has been updated to the latest version as of today on that blog.

Mandigo theme is the theme on that blog so maybe it’s the theme that is causing the problem, or a plugin?

What should I check to determine what the issue is?

Hi Lillea, what version of eStore are you using? the version number can be found in the plugins menu or the settings menu of this plugin.

I can’t find your email address in my customer database (which is why you didn’t receive the plugin update).. I have sent you an email to address this issue. Once this is taken care of I will send you an updated version of the plugin.

Thanks for emailing earlier and for the updated plugin after you confirmed my order number. The plugin is installed and the shortcodes seem fine now.
