Shortcodes not working [transactionresults] & [userlog]

I installed the pluging with all files. The supporting pages have been created and products display. But when I clicked on the links for “Transaction Results” & “Your Account” the shortcodes that were added on those pages are not working. The shortcode tags display but not the funtions they are supposed to do.

Are those the correct shortcodes? Not sure what should be placed in those pages so the correct information displays.

Hi, The shortcodes you are using are not eStore shortcodes. You can find a list of all the shortcodes here:

WP eStore Shortcodes and Functions Reference

To show the transaction results on the thank you page you need to use the following shortcode:

[wp_eStore_transaction_result:end]

There is a known issue with the transaction results and the enhanced PayPal checkout you can read more about this here:

Hi Ivy,

I’m trying to use Subscriptions with eStore, and I’m using that very shortcode on the thank you page. No results are displayed, neither is the download link I’ve specified.

The subscription is correctly setup in PayPal, however the WP Affiliate Platform doesn’t track it (as I said in the email earlier). I’ve attached the error log for this trancaction – everything seems fine.

Oh, I’m getting the “traditional” PayPal checkout dialogiue so it’s not a PayPal issue I would think.

You need to setup PDT to get the download links on the “Thank You” page. Have you watched the video on how to set this up from this page (check the “Video Tutorial” section?
