I need the shopping cart to be viewable by ALL visitors to my site not just Members who have logged in (I am using Wishlist Member as my Membership software) I cannot see how to change this as only the membership levels that I have created appear in the Widget.

The shopping cart do not care about a membership plugin. When you place the shopping cart on the sidebar it will always display it to the visitors. I am not sure exactly what you did so let me try to get a picture here… did you go to the “Widgets” menu and add the “WP Cart for Digital Products” widget to the sidebar?
