Shopping cart widget alignment/fit issue

As you can see, the cart goes all the way to the edge of the OUTER wrapper, and then is cut off. I need this to fit. Also, I want to change “Item Name” to just “Item”, and “Quantity” to “QTY”, but I can not find where to do this exactly in the code.
