How do I show the cart not on the right side of my website, but I just want it to drop down on the same page? so folks add items, then the cart shows below from the list.

You can add one of the shorcodes that displays the shopping cart in the post or page (where you want the cart to show up). Look for a suitable shortcode from the list explained here:
