Shopping Cart Sub-Total includes the tax, Total does not

I have recently setup Wp Photo Seller 2.5.1. The shopping cart when adding items, the subtotal and total values appear to be the wrong way round. i.e. The subtotal is displaying a value that includes the (20%) tax, and the final total is displaying without the tax?
