My shopping cart is not lining up in a small box – it is spread out and not lining up.
Any suggestions? thanks.

December 9, 2009 at 2:52 pm #16593colortudeMemberThanks for your response.
I’m still having trouble aligning it to the left. Could you tell me if I need to create a new css style for this? and if so what is the code? (sorry not that great with css & coding)
<p style=”text-align: left;”><!–show-wp-shopping-cart–></p>
is what I tried.
I’m using a theme and am not sure what to add to the css in the editor.
thanks for any more help.

May 29, 2010 at 4:24 am #16595janmarieMemberGood Morning,
I am using a theme and the RH sidebar column is not big enough for the shopping cart to fit. Is there an easy fix option. I am not even sure what CSS style is. Just assume I know absoluty nothing – I am a click and point kinda gal.
Thanks
Jan-Marie
PS I am making progress each day I work something else out

Check the “Show Compact Cart in Widget” field in the settings menu of eStore to enable this on your shopping cart widget.

I have done that. However, now I can’t open the shopping card. I click on view cart however nothing happens. It is stating that there is one item.
Thanks

May 29, 2010 at 8:45 pm #16599janmarieMemberHi Amin007.

I am not sure which url to give you? Can I email you the username and password to get into the control panel?
Also the widgets are not coming up. I have done something that they have all disappeared and only the ones I am not using are showing???. Please understand I am not an experienced web builder….point and click gal.
thanks heaps. You rock

Just create a page called “Checkout” and put the shortcode that displays the shopping cart on that page. Then use the URL of this page in the “Checkout Page” field of the settings menu.
May 30, 2010 at 6:28 am #16601janmarieMemberI did that. However it is still not allowing me to see inside the cart – or to remove any items etc.
May 30, 2010 at 9:13 am #16602amin007ParticipantYou placed a product on that page. You need to place the shopping cart. Please use the following shortcode on that page to display the shopping cart:
[wp_eStore_cart]
Remember, the shortcodes reference page mentioned earlier is your friend for finding shortcodes.
