shopping cart not sending login info to signups

I was told to post this here.

the shopping cart manuals says you would create a product even for free members. The problem is that once the person signs up, he doesn’t receive login info, only the rest of the information entered when registering. Everyone Paid memberships and Free memberships through the shopping cart are supposed to be entered in both eMembers and WordPress. This is not happening even though all setting were set as per your instruction manuals.

What payment gateway are you using?

I don’t remember where I saw it. I think it was in one of the video tutorials. I am using paypal.
