    Hi Support

    Having the same problem as others in the past I cannot get the cart to empty after a successful sale is made? I have followed all the recommendations and help given in the posts on this forum but still cannot get the cart to empty. This is such a good plugin and everything else is working so well it is spoiling what would be an excellent software. I have already purchased your wp-emember and find it excellent. Please lets find the answer to the shopping cart problem….

    Are you talking about the WP eStore plugin or the Simple Shopping cart plugin? If you are talking about the simple shopping cart plugin then please check the “Reset Cart After Redirection to Return Page” field from the settings menu and it will reset the cart.

    Thanks for the response. Regarding your solution, I have the ‘WordPress Simple Paypal Shopping Cart Plugin’ and everything seems to work correctly except the emptying of the shopping cart? You mention in your reply “Reset Cart After Redirection to Return Page” field from the settings menu and it will reset the cart. Where is this field to check? I have looked in the settings for Simple Paypal Shopping Cart Settings v 2.8.3 and there does not appear to be a field with the title “Reset Cart After Redirection to Return Page”??? Do I have the wrong version I assume the download is the latest version? Or are you talking of a field in the Paypal settings? With not been able to find the checkbox in the plugin settings I am now confused and waiting to sort the problem to get the site live?

    Have managed to update to latest version and now have the checkbox to tick.
