MemberI’ve just been testing my shopping cart and after I’ve made the purchase and I return to my shop the cart still has the items in it. I know that this will be to do with the cookies not being cleared but not sure how to rectify it. Any hep would be very much appreciated.
Thanks.

KeymasterFew questions for you:
1) Which gateway are you using?
2) Are you using a caching plugin? If you are then which one?
3) Please post a link to the page where you have the eStore buy button(s)
4) If you are using PayPal then have you entered the PDT token in eStore settings?

MemberHi thanks for your reply. Answers below.
1)PayPal Payment Gateway
2)No
3)http://www.lucyirving.com/shop/ (if you add the product and then apply discount code testtesttest it should put the price down to 1p)
4)Yes

MemberHi, I managed to fix the problem. I’m not sure if it was wrong but I re-entered the PDT token in the settings, and in my PayPal account I put in the Auto Return address to match the one I had entered into the plugin (I had left it as my main URL previously). Thanks anyway.

MemberHi, I’m having the same problem. I’m using PayPal, no caching plugin and I’ve entered the PDT token. Any ideas?

MemberCheck your PayPal settings:
Auto Return should be on and with the same address as in the estore settings.
Payment Data Transfer should be on.
Instant Payment Notification (IPN) should be on and I just put my main url in there.
Hope that helps.

MemberThanks bradelectro. Thst did the trick for me, too, when nothing else would and all of the settings seemed fine.
WP eStore Settings > General Settings > Post Payment Processing Settings > Enable Transaction Result Display CHECKED… clears the shopping cart after a successful purchase via PayPal.
Not sure why, but it works.
