    Hi,

I have bought eStore and installed it.

On one of the pages , I have placed the fancy add to cart button and the Shopping cart if not empty just below it.

But when clicked add to cart , its taking it to the top again.

and Yes , I have “Allow Shopping Cart Anchor” checked.

    what could be wrong ?

Hi, Can you post a link to the page that this is happening on so we can take a look at it?

I had a look at your site and looks like the anchor text is not getting applied to the URL. When it does you will see it will have “#wp_cart_anchor” appended to the URL after you click the “Add to Cart” button.

Can you please confirm that the “Allow Shopping Cart Anchor” checkbox is checked in the settings menu of the plugin and you have saved the settings after you applied it?

Hi, I had a look at this page. When I click the button that says ‘Buy Now’ it a refreshes the page and adds the product to the cart. Can you explain the issue a little more? I do not see an ‘Add to Cart’ Button on this page http://www.pokerwebsitesolutions.com/services/website-design/ (this is the page the link above it taking me to).

I know “#wp_cart_anchor” is not getting added in URL like it does on your website.

Yes , I have “Allow Shopping Cart Anchor” checkbox checked , and I even rechecked right now if you insist.

I am not sure whats wrong.

    FYI,

this is what I have placed on the bottom of my page:

    [wp_eStore_fancy:product_id:4:end]

    [wp_eStore_cart_when_not_empty]

The shortcodes you are using are fine. If possible, I will have to take a look at your system to see why it’s acting up. I will send you an email to see if we can organize something.
