shippingcosts when manual checkout

hello…

i setup my shipping costst with 0.0001 to get a fixed shipping charge. but this increases the shippingcosts if a user choose the manual checkout (displayed in the useremail).

The shipping cost wasn’t getting rounded for the manual checkout. I have fixed it and sent you an updated version.
