Is there a way for buyers to fill out their address for shipping info? I can’t seem to find any way to configure it.
What payment gateway are you using? For example, if you are using PayPal; that information should be asked for, during PayPal checkout.
Yes, Paypal is being used for checkout but the buyer details form I had on the site previously (before I had to reinstall is no longer there, and I can’t remember how to add it back) My check out goes directly to paypal. Before the buyer had to fill out their name, address, email, and contact number during checkout.
Our paypal checkout NEVER requires the buyer to fill out any form before they go to paypal. We do an express checkout so buyers can checkout quickly without filling in any form with lots of fields. The fact is, every step in the frustrating process of filling in lots of form fields present a risk that your customer will change their mind and abandon the shopping cart.
The cart will collect the shipping from the paypal (as part of the paypal checkout).
This has not changed. So I am not sure what you are talking about. Did you apply customization tweaks to the plugin maybe?
