Shipping charges Estore creates doesn't make sense. Help?

A customer just purchased 5 items from me. They input a coupon code, and the shipping came out to 13.78. I have the shipping set to a $5 flat rate, and in the individual item have .0001 listed. What is wrong??

There is definitely something wrong with the setup somewhere. Please send a link to the page where I can go and add this same item that the customer added. Also post the coupon to use so I can try to recreate the problem.

You have to have at least $140 in the cart for the coupon to work.

It is not a good idea to post the password on a forum (I will send you an email if I need them). Please post a link to the page where you have the buttons so I can go there then add some items to the cart and apply the coupon.
