1. I did a test purchase and received 2 emails from Paypal and 2 emails from “WordPress<howard@masterformlaw.com>”
I do not want my customer to receive an email from Paypal … How do I stop this?

2. I do not see any reason why I would want to receive an email, AS SELLER, from PayPal since I already receive one thru the e-store plugin. How do I stop this?

3. The email that I received thru the e-store plugin AS A BUYER shows the From line as
“WordPress<howard@masterformlaw.com>”
I would like that email to show the From line as “howard@createlastwill.com” How do I do this?

4. The email that I received thru the e-store plugin AS A BUYER adds a comma and an extra space wherever my product name shows. For example it shows:
You can download your Maryland Will Masterform, by clicking on the encrypted link below.
How do I fix this?

You can enter the email in the following format in the “From Email Address Field” which will give you the desired result:
Your Name <email@youremail.com>
That’s how the “{product_name}” tag works. You can use the following tag instead to display a list of all the purchased items:
{product_details}

October 9, 2010 at 1:36 am #25226hdeutchMemberThanks for your reply.
As you suggested, I entered the email in “From Email Address Field” as follows:
Howard Deutch<howard@createlastwill.com>
The email I received dropped the last letter of my name: Howard Deutc
I tried again with
Will Masterform<howard@createlastwill.com>
Again the last letter was dropped: Will Masterfor
Am I doing something wrong?
October 9, 2010 at 1:40 am #25227wzpModeratorTry: “Firstname Lastname” <person@someplace.com>
October 9, 2010 at 2:04 pm #25228hdeutchMemberI tried: “Will Masterform”<howard@createlastwill.com>
Email came back from Will Masterform
October 9, 2010 at 3:14 pm #25229wzpModeratorDid you put a space between the second quote and the left angle bracket?
October 10, 2010 at 12:02 am #25230amin007ParticipantJust follow exactly what the help text next to the “From Email Address” field says. If you look closely you will see that it says to use the following format:
Your Name <sales@your-domain.com>
You are probably not realizing that there is a space after the name. Just copy and paste the following and that should do:
Will Masterform <howard@createlastwill.com>
Let me know how you go.
October 10, 2010 at 10:06 pm #25231hdeutchMemberThat did it. Thanks very much.
