Setting variable affiliate commission that is not a percentage of the purchase p

I have wp eStore and wp affiliate running on my site. The setup implies that I can only work in percentages of the selling price. I have a range of products for which I wish to specify a fixed amount of commission (not a percentage of the sale price) to be paid to an affiliate. For example $8 on a $20 product or $74 on a $440 product. How can I achieve this?

For your site, you can either choose to have % based commission or a Fixed amount commission. You can’t mix the two in the same install.

Most people use the % based commission so the default setup uses that option. If you want to use “fixed amount commission” then go the affiliate plugin settings and check the following option from the “Commission settings” section:

Then in your eStore product configuration you can enter the amount (that you want to give as commission) for that product.

If a product has a commission amount then the plugin will use that one. If a product does not have any product specific commission amount, it will use the commission value specified in the affiliate’s profile.
