Hello, I am so confused about setting up micropayments with PayPal. I have a business account currently. Selling mostly digital goods but also some physical.
Really want to get the micro payments rate….very confusing! I’ve searched on Google…

You open a PayPal account and apply for it. If PayPal approves your account then micropayments rate will be applied to that PayPal account. You then use that account to sell products and you get charged according to the micro-payments rate. More details here:
