Good morning!
I’m pretty novice and just downloaded the eStore plugin, installed it to my WP blog, watched a few videos (and followed along) on how to add products to my store and now I’m having problems.
Every time I add a new product to the database I click submit and it just sits there and finally times out. I get the following error:
“Error establishing a database connection”
Everything works fine up until that point that I click to submit the item. Then after several minutes I’m able to get back into my admin panal and I go to the management area to see that it’s added my product like 5x. Every time I try to edit or add a new product it locks up like this and it’s getting frustrating.
I’m using both firefox and safari to try to access my wordpress admin area. It’s on the admin side of my site so there is no url to show. I’m using the latest WP update and version 7.3.8 of WP eStore.
Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to provide.

Sounds like the server used to host your site, is having difficulty communicating with the server (sometimes they are different) used to host your MySQL database.
Who is your hosting provider, and what kind of hosting package are you using? Please ask your hosting provider to help investigate this issue, as this is something beyond the control of the plugin.
