Hello,
I have been using for WP eStore for 4 month. So far this is a serious issue that I am encountering. One of my customer claiming that he would being charged USD 10,000 but paypal blocked it. I wonder if it has to do with PayPal or WP eStore Software-if some bug exist. I am contacting PayPal currently.
Here is my customer email….(I was shock to see that)
Hello, I tried to order 2 products for like $6.00 USD and Paypal blocked the payment because you tried to take in excess $10,000 USD from my account, I have been searching to see if this site is an imposter site… please respond to me ASAP, otrherwise I will be forced to start posting on ripoffreport and other sources including Enon and hostgator to alert them to a ripoff site on their networks.
PLEASE Advice.

Subject: Information on your declined payment
PayPal
Dear Thomas Penley,
Unfortunately, you’ve hit your initial PayPal sending limit of $10,000.00 USD. That’s why your recent payment was declined.
Your sending limit is the maximum amount of money you can send or use for purchases before you need to become Verified.
Why do I need to verify my account?
We place initial limits on all accounts to increase security and help prevent fraud. Once you link and confirm a bank account or get approved for PayPal credit, your account will be Verified and you’ll be able to make as many payments as you like with PayPal.
How do I get Verified and remove my sending limit?
· Log in to your PayPal account at http://www.paypal.com and click Get Verified at the top of the page.
· Follow the instructions to link your bank account to your PayPal account. We’ll deposit 2 small amounts in your bank account to confirm that it’s yours.
· Check your bank statement in 2-3 days and note the 2 amounts. Then log back in to your PayPal account and enter these amounts.
Remove Limit
Sincerely,
PayPal
After this the following email is what a shock.
My Paypal account has been verified for years… your shopping cart tried to take a a huge amount probably in excess of 10,000USD… check with your shopping cart provider and see what happened, I have spent maybe 1,000 USD in my life of using paypal, I use it for small online purchases… I went back in to try and purchase again, the problem which I didn’t see yesterday was it didn’t shoiw me the account and final dollar amount it was charging it just says pay now, your shopping cart is having a problem.
PLEASE ADVISE.

April 6, 2012 at 1:53 am #43801sawsolomonMemberThese are the links from which he tried to purchase the products.
The following is the screen shot that he sent to me…
http://www.resalerightsreseller.com/Paypal_Verified.png
Referring to this screen shoot I replied him the following email….
Can you click all the link that has to do with verification.
At far right – Add a mobile phone number and Confirm email address
At top center inside the yellow box notification, click Remove Limit.
Even though you insist that you have verified your account, those notifications are quite weird.
He said he will do it. After an hour he got back to me he had done.
Then I replied him if he tried to purchased again and see how.
So far he has not replied to me yet.
April 6, 2012 at 2:04 am #43802adminKeymasterWhat this customer is saying doesn’t make any sense. Ignore any request from this customer. This customer is most likely a fraud and trying to scam you. You have to expect and be prepared for a few bad customers when you are selling digital products online. If you have any doubt, try to purchase that item yourself and verify that your site is working fine for your piece of mind.
