I also posted this in the public commenting section under the License Agreement.
If I sell my website to someone on an auction website, and it is a *membership website* that *relies* on wp-emember, I can do that with no problem correct?
If not, how am I supposed to sell my old website to someone? I would agree that I would repurchase wp-emember again if I make another membership website, but to get rid of an old *membership* website without the plugin that makes it work is not a good thing at all.
Can the license be transfered to a new person easily if not just included in the sale of the website contents? What CAN be done about this as the licensing agreement says that one cannot include the plugin “for any kind of compensation” into a about to auctioned off website.
Thanks! You guys do make great plugins. I appreciate that.
The best way to ask this question is to click the “Contact Us” link, in the “License Transfer Options” paragraph of the license agreement; and the correct person will reply to you within 24 hours.
