Secure download manager error – Amazon S3

Hello,

I have 5 video files (45mb – 112mb in size) stored on the Amazon S3 service. I can access them normally when using the link provided by Amazon.

I added all five videos under the digital product url for the prod id as follows:

as3tp://public@my_bucket.s3.amazonaws.com/Product-1.mov, as3tp://public@my_bucket.s3.amazonaws.com/Product-2.mov, etc…

When I attempt to download using the encrypted link in email I get the following error message:

The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request. Please contact the site administrator.

Please tell the site administrator the problem was due to the following reason:

The digital product associated with the download link (see browser address bar) contains a malformed Amazon S3 URI. The administrator should specifically ensure that bucket names are in compliance with Amazon’s bucket naming restrictions.i The most common mistake would be if the administrator used any upper case letters or space characters in the bucket name.

There aren’t any uppercase in the bucket name (there is in the video file). Need help quickly as we are launching soon!

Your bucket name contains an underscore.
