Says Coupon Created but doesnt show or work

I keep creating coupons,

the system keeps saying “Coupon “IWantToWin10″ created.”

But then it doesnt show up in the coupons area?

I’ve tried to use the coupon, in case it was just not showing up but still worked, and that didn’t work either.

I have coupons turned on?

Have you recently updated your plugin? This happens when the database goes out of sync as you forgot to do the deactivation and reactivation after uploading the new version .

interesting. I updated the last time i had a problem (submitted a ticket), when you sent me a version that fixed my issue. I haven’t touched it since and everything else was working. Seems like only the coupons were effected DB wise? or maybe only what I noticed.

It depends on whether or not we changed the database structure of a particular table in a version or not. When you do a deactivate and reactivate it will always make sure the database structure is in the most up to date format the current version of the plugin expects.
