Satellite Site and Product URL creation

Question 1:

Affiliate Primary site: [www.primary.com]

Affiliate Satellite site: [www.satellite.com]

Which is product url better (ie which site should have the estore)? Can both approaches work? This link will be placed on a page in the [www.satellite.com] site.

1) Product: [http://www.primary.com/?wp_eStore_buy_now=5] (estore in primary affiliate site)

OR

2) Product: [http://www.satellite.com/?wp_eStore_buy_now=5] (estore in satellite affiliate site)

Question 2:

Can the return url be: [http://www.randomsite.com/] or does it need to be the same site as the product?

The product should be sold from the same site where your affilites are sending the traffic using their affiliate link. So in the above case if the affiliates are sending traffic to a landing page on the satellite site then use eStore on the satellite site and sell from there.

The return URL can by any random site but remember eStore’s “Thank you page delivery” will only work if the return URL is on the same site where eStore is running.

It is not showing up on the affiliate click throughs

I also tried a purchase and the commission did not work
