Satellite plugin not working

HI! I have eStore and WP Affiliate installed on my main site [www.example.com], and on [www.example.com/othersite] I have the Affiliate Satellite plugin and s2Member installed. I integrated all of this and last time I sold membership on [www.example.com/othersite] it awarded affiliate commissions. I’m opening up membership again tomorrow and just ran a test sale – it registered as a clickthrough, not a sale.

So of course now I’m panicing a bit! I have v1.2.4 of the satellite plugin installed – do I need to upgrade it? I don’t have Paypal PDT Tracking turned on – do I need that? I also noticed that nothing is being posted to the log in the satellite plugin – how do I turn that on?

Any HELP will be greatly appreciated!

update:

I just updated the Affiliate plugin on the main site to V5.4 and processed another test sale for $0.10 – it still shows up as a clickthrough not a sale. I also noticed that the referral URL is blank.

And this is what shows up in the main site log (edited for security):

What is the URL of your landing page? Where will the affiliate send traffic? What is the URL of the site where you have the affiliate plugin installed?

Did you follow this documentation to do the setup?
