MemberHi there,
I’ve followed the install directions, and went over them a couple times to ensure everything is active as well as rechecking the code that is added into the “transaction_result_functions.php” file.
Wordpress 3.05, wp-ecommerce 3.78, wp-affiliate platform 4.4.4
The clicks on affiliate banners register right away, but sales do not register.
I can give appropriate access to your staff to see if they can see the problem if that would be easiest? The site owner is chomping at the bit to get the affiliate system functioning, and I suggested this plugin… So really hope to get it working soon, lol.
Thanks, appreciate the assistance.

ParticipantPlease post a link to your website. You have the “WP-eCommerce Affiliate Integration” plugin active right? Some people seem to miss that step from the instruction:
Also, after the payment you are landing on the “Thank You” (transaction result) page right?

MemberYes, the plugin is activated. I tried deactivating and reactivating it as well.
I am getting the sale credited when I test with manual payment gateway, which takes me to the transaction results page.
I think I may have spotted the problem, in the Paypal setup, as the return to page after paying wasn’t set to the store transaction results page. For Paypal with WP-ecommerce, I would just set that to the transaction results page ( in this case http://www.quickfindbooks.com/transaction-results ) ?

ParticipantYeah you just tell PayPal to redirect the customer to your “Transaction Result” page. The WP eCommerce plugin should have set something up by default though. Not sure what happened there. Anyway, the way the affiliate plugin knows that a person confirmed a payment is when they land on the thank you page (at this stage the eCommerce plugin tells the affiliate plugin about the sale so it can record it).
