I am trying to display a pdf in Lightbox Ultimate. It works fine in FF and Chrome but Safari will only download the file, not display. Is there a way to force it to do it?
What version of safari are you using? Are you using in Mac?
Yes Mac 10.7.2, Safari 5.1.1
I’m not sure what’s wrong with the latest version of safari. But if you can view PDF file in the browser you should also be able to view it in the overlay window (lightbox).
Google chrome doesn’t need adobe reader. It has a built in PDF viewer plugin. For IE and FF you need to have adobe reader or acrobat installed.
