S3 video not showing

Hello,

I’m trying to display a protected video from S3, but it is not working properly. The sound is OK, but the image is not shown (just blank).

The code I’m using is:

I’ve tried adjusting the settings of the plugins but none of the combinations worked.
I’ve also tried with different browsers, but it does not work. The image is neither shown when taken to full screen.

The codecs of the video are as follows (as shown by VLC):
Stream 0:
– Codec H264 – MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1)
– Type: Video
– Video resolution: 1920×1080
– Buffer dimensions: 1920×1080
– Frame rate: 25

Stream 1:
– Codec MPEG AAC Audio (mp4a)
– Stereo
– Sample rate 48000 Hz
– Bits per sample: 32

Please try the second solution (Video 2) using handbrake and see how it goes.
