    Hi – I’m trying to use Amazon s3 with WP eStore. Have created a bucket (modalmusictest) and uploaded an ‘object’ ( a zipped video file) but on test purchases / downloads get this message:

    This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

    <Error>

    NoSuchKey

    <Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message>

    <Key>modalmusic_reggae_2x_table_video.zip</Key>

    <RequestId>numbers & letters</RequestId>

    <HostId>even more numbers & letters etc</HostId>

    </Error>

    Have also tried the video as an mp4 (unzipped). Have triple checked the digital download url in eStore but no joy. Seriously pulling out what’s left of my hair! Please help! Many thanks – DK

    Did you remember to enter your AWS key and secret key into eStore?

    Did you follow our documentation correctly to enable Amazon S3 integration?

    Well, in S3nese, the “specified key” is the “name” you gave to the pseudo-folder & object name combination. What name did you use? In your post, are the “_” supposed to be underscores or spaces?

    What is the AS3TP URI you used?

    Hi – well I just used a bucket and then uploaded the zip file directly into it. The url in eStore is:

    as3tps://modalmusictest.s3.amazonaws.com/modalmusic_reggae_2x_table_video.zip

    I have also tried it with just “as3tp” at the front with similar results.

    I can’t see any issue with the bucket and object names.

    Thanks – DK

    And the object appears listed in the S3 console?

    Under the object permissions, what grantees do you have listed, and for what permissions?

    The problem was that you had a space character after the “.zip ” part of your digital product URL.

    Hi WZP – many thanks for sorting that out – great work!

    Is there a way of detecting these rogue space characters so this doesn’t happen again?

    Thanks again! Regards – DK

    Quick fix: Do a “Select All” of the field. Any invisible characters will show up as a highlighted blank.

    Correct fix: One day, we user-proof all the form inputs.

    Thanks for that. Just did another test purchase / download of the video product and all worked fine. You’re a genius!

    Regards – DK
