eStore – Retrieve Saved Shopping Cart by Admin

Is there anyway to view a customer’s saved shopping cart in the backend (using estore / emember)

So a customer saves cart, creates a code such as ’55d1c64def361′

Is it then possible for the admin to view this saved shopping cart or for the customer to copy/paste this code in a contact form and then the admin can retrieve it?

This is incase payment doesnt work and another means (ie paypal invoice) could be used.

The admin can retrieve the saved shopping cart from the front end the same way a customer can. This is not something that needs to be done from the admin side.
