Hi, I lost the original transaction email for estore and no longer have the ID with which to request an update. Is it possible to get this back?

You have the option of requesting a manually processed update request:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/manual-update-request
Simply leave the Transaction ID field blank, and explain your situation in the “Additional Messages” field.
