Hi,
How do I restore a deleted membership level, or re-allocate the level id? I have memberships called “week02” (level id 2) and “week03” (level id 3), used for auto-upgrading/drip-feeding of content, but I need to recreate “week01” with a level id of 1.
Completely my fault for deleting it in the first place, of course!
Gary
The Level ID is for internal use so it doesn’t really matter what the ID of a level is. The level ID is automatically created and incremented everytime you create a new level. This ensures that the ID will always be unique as that is the only pre-requisite for this field.
You can go into PHPMyAdmin and browse to the membership level table then manually add the data there and the plugin should pick it up if the data is inserted properly.
