I’m testing my product page at [http://www.diycollegerankings.com/colleges-75th-test-scores/]. I bought using an outlook address. The purchase went through but I never received the purchase emails. Found out Outlook didn’t receive them but gmail did. Added wordpress@diycollegerankings.com as an email address and outlook accepted an email from resetting a user password.
Now I want to resend the purchase information to the Outlook address instead of purchasing again. In the system I had been using I could just reactivate the purchase and it would send another email with the information. I can’t figure out how to do it in eStore. This is actually something I have to do fairly often with my existing application because people try to download on their phone or don’t know where it is. I really don’t want to have to create a new email each time this happens.
Go to the “Admin Functions” menu of the plugin. You can generate a new encrypted download link in there and also send an email to the purchaser. After you send the first email, it will save the details. Next time, you will just have to generate a new link for the product in question and drop it in the email then hit send.
