On the registration form there are a number of required custom fields. If the field value is not valid, the red popup with the validation error will show, however, clicking the submit button with multiple invalid fields still performs the submit action. Is this a known issue or is something wrong with my setup?

That usually means that your site has JavaScript errors coming from another plugin. Those JavaScript errors are preventing our plugin’s JavaScript code from working.

If you share the URL of your registration page, I will be able to inspect it and confirm if your site has the errors I mentioned above.
