Require small CSS tweak help for eStore Terms & Conditions checkbox label

Hi:

I need to make the font size smaller for the checkbox label that says “I agree to the Terms and Condiitions” … and also to reduce font-size of the error text if people don’t check the box before clicking BUY button.

Could you please help me with the CSS code to use for this?
