You recently added the ability to also send an e-mail to members so many days AFTER their membership expired.
Once I installed the update, the e-mail renewal message for
“A member will get this email after the day his/her account is expired” cannot be changed.
When I uninstall the build for that plugin and reinstall the previous one I can change that email renewal message.
When I install again the latest build, the e-mail renewal message sent the day after his/her account is expired cannot be changed.
can you fix this. Thanks.
Yes, the addition of that new “Email after X number of days” feature introduced this bug. We have addressed this in this plugin. Please download a new copy of the plugin from our server and you shouldn’t see this issue anymore.
Can you please tell me how to change the auto-email for account renewals. I see the ‘Account Upgrade’ email, and all the other ones, but I do not see the email settings for ‘Account Renewal.’ Where can we edit this.
Thank you!
There are 3 related sets of email settings:
eMember –> Settings –> Email Settings –> Email Before the Account Expires
eMember –> Settings –> Email Settings –> Email After the Account Gets Expired –> A member will get this email after the day his/her account is expired
eMember –> Settings –> Email Settings –> Email After the Account Gets Expired –> A member will get this email X number of days after the account is expired
You can use those emails to remind your members for account renewals/upgrades.
We are referring to a notification once the account has been renewed.
A confirmation that the user receives once they have renewed their account, something like ‘Your account has been renewed, thank you for being a valued member.’
Does this not exist?
A Renewal is treated as an “Account Update”. So look in the email settings for the account upgrade section.
Ok, thank you.
