Removing white box surrounding logo

How to I get rid of the white box that is behind the logo on the front page where my company’s logo is? I ave uploaded a colored oval shape with the business name inside of the oval, but there is a white box around the oval.

Not sure how this is a support question for our plugin.

The white background is part of the logo file (which is coming from your theme). You must use a program like GIMP (it’s free) to turn the white background into a transparent layer.
