Removing Powered by WP Affiliate Platform

Ho do I remove the powered by affiliate platform link at the bottom of the affiliate page. http://thekayleygraceshow.com/blog/affiliates/

Or how do I add an affiliate link to that so if someone clicks on it and purchases the affiliate program I receive an affiliate commission for it?

To use your affiliate ID, simply specify it in the following field:

WP Affiliate Platform Settings -> Your Tips & Tricks HQ Affiliate ID
