When I remove an item I get “404 Page
Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found”
Then if I refresh the page the shopping cart comes back with the item in it. However if I go to pay with paypal it says the shopping cart is empty, when it is not.

WP Super Cache
I dectivated that for a minute to see if that had an effect and it did not. Should I be using something like that?
Now I have installed WP Affiliate as well. It makes my background go back the the original green color of the theme and not the grey one that I have had on there. When I deactivate WP Affiliate it returns to Grey. If I activate again it turns green again. Is this the right forum for WP Affiliate or just WP eStore
