Removing customer-affiliate relationship for recurring payment

Hi,

I have a customer who just joined through an affiliate and the affiliate has made a commission.

This customer is on a recurring monthly payment membership level and I need to remove the association so that the affiliate does not get credited each month/any more.

This customer has been given a sale price that does not allow me to give out the recurring commission on this recurring payment.

I see a Transaction ID in WPeStore and WPAffiliate,

and I see a Unique Reference/Subscriber ID in WPeMember.

The Unique Reference/Subscriber ID in WPeMember matches what I see at PayPal.

Is it the Transaction ID that allows WPeStore and WPAffiliate to communicate?

Hi Theo, PayPal doesn’t let you alter the detail of an ongoing subscription/recurring payment agreement/details.

Here is what you can do:

1) Cancel this subscription and request the customer to signup again using the corrected sale price.

or

2) Edit the estore subscription product in question and set a product specific commission of 0 (so this product won’t generate any commission anymore). Create new product with corrected amount and use that on your website.

If I edit the product specific commission on that product now,

will that prevent the affiliate getting a commission on the monthly rebill?
