I have 2 membership levels. One for a recurring payment, and one that is a one-off payment (that allows access to hidden content).
The user has paid/is paying for both membership levels.
If the user cancels the recurring payment, the account is set to inactive. So now they can’t access the hidden content they have paid for separately (the one-off payment).
My question…how do I remove the recurring payment membership level from the persons account, instead of changing the account to inactive?
Do you have the following option enabled in the plugin settings?
When a member’s primary level expires, automatically set one of the non-expired secondary level as his primary level
