remember and a weber integration question

Hi,, I am in the prices soy setting up a monthly membership with a 7 day trial at the beginning. I want the 7 day trial members to be on one Aweber list, so I specify the list name in the settings – thats all good. Now, once the seven days is up they will be automatically upgraded to a full monthly membership – this has a separate list in Aweber. Will the script recognise this upgrade, and the integration with the full monthly a weber list name, and automatically then connect the upgraded user to the new a weber list. Hope this is clear.
