Registration Shows Incorrect Number of Form Fields

My registration page contains only first name, last name and email form field even though I have set more than 3 fields under the registration form fields page.

Do u know what went wrong? Or have I turn on or off any settings that may cause this issue?

I suspect that you have enabled the “Free Members Must Confirm Email Address” feature in the membership plugin settings. So the full registration form will be shown to the user when they click on the unique link sent to their email address.
