MemberCustomers are not able to register after purchasing their membership. The email they receive does not seem to have the complete registration link. It is as follows:
“Dear Greg Eland
Thank you for joining us!
Please complete your registration by visiting the following link:
/?member_id=2&code=42a0e188f5033bc65bf8d78622277c4e
Thank You”
As you can see, /?member_id=2&code=42a0e188f5033bc65bf8d78622277c4e just isn’t the full link. Am I missing a setting somewhere that fills in the first part of the link, or is this a bug?

ParticipantMost likely you do not have any value specified in the “Registration Page” field of eMember’s pages/forms settings menu. People sometimes forget to configure the basic settings after installing the plugin. What value do you have in that field?

MemberHi,
I am having the same problem. After signing up from a different account, I got the following message:
Dear Julio.
Thank you for joining us!
Please complete your registration by visiting the following link:
?member_id=9&code=848df0d2d63c482e754ece0b1408aa33
Thank You
As you can see there is no link. I went to PAGES / FORM SETTINGS but I cannot find where to add any other information. In REGISTRATION PAGE (Mandatory) I have the address of my sales page and in Membership Payment/Join Page (Mandatory): I have the address of another sales page similar to the other one. Those seem to be working fine and I do not think they should be the pages where the user creates their username.
There are a lot of optional pages which I assume should not be the ones causing the problem. Could you let me know what is wrong? THanks,
Julio

MemberHi Julio, The registration page URL must go in the “Registration Page (Mandatory)” field. If you read the help text below that field it will tell you exactly what to do.
