Registration form problem after Clickbank purchase-missing membership field

Registration form not showing membership level after purchase.

Not sure whats going on here.

I have a free and paid membership level. the registration form in not showing anything once purchase is made. im using instant url through clickbank.

everything works fine except when customer attempts to register after verification the registration form is not displaying “paid member” option. the membership field is blank. it used to have a “free” and “paid” drop down in this area; now its just a box which will not allow user input.

not sure why this has changed. help…
