Tagged: registration form
Hi all,
I’ve got pretty much everything working (apart from intermitent registration emails going missing but I’ll leave that for now). Those that do receive the email are directed to the registration form page. I’ve set the ‘Company’ field to ‘required’ (in the eMember settings) but this doesn’t stop users submitting the form without it. I’m presuming if it’s required then it should stop users from submitting the form if that field has not been filled in?
Thanks!
Yes, it should prevent the submission of registration form but it is likely that you have JavaScript error on your web page which is making the validation to not work. Do this test which will reveal the source of the error:

If you post a link to your registration page I will be able to view the HTML source and confirm this.
i have same problem with the registration form, without completing the form (with required fields) user can submit form by pressing enter button on keyboard.
pls check this link : [http://fmgroup.id/join-us/]
You have got some JavaScript error coming from your them or that page or another plugin. This is preventing the membership plugin’s registration form to work correctly.
When I press the register button, I see a JavaScript error/exception being thrown.
So you need to fix those errors first then all the other plugins will start to work correctly.
The following test can help you identify the source:
