Registration Form – additional fields

Any way to add and collect additional form fields in the registration form… ?

i.e. terms checkbox or/and an opt-in checkbox

Adding a “Terms & Conditions” checkbox is not very hard (I am going to add it soon anyway). A checkbox for opt-in can be a little bit critical as you may want to save this in the database which means changing the database table structure.

I want to ask a domain name from the user. Can I add that in the registration form?

You can use the WP eStore’s collect special instruction from customer field to collect the domain name. So when they pay for it they will add this and you will get it in the email.

I need the extra field functionality for eMember. I would like to ask for Website URL, Title, and Company Name. Is this possible now?

There needs to be away for admins to CREATE new fields in the registration to be pulled into the profile. Not every plugin user will need the same information. For example I want to collect;

Phone: Twitter ID,Blog URL, and add some a checkbox to collect categories.

I would think we could get into the code to do this with some instruction and screenshots. Could you please let me know which pages I need to adjust ?
