Hi,
for some odd reason the “Address Street” field checkbox will NOT save in the backend under: WP eMember -> Settings -> Page Settings -> Registration Form Fields (Enable/disable Address Street field on registration page)
It does however work for the Edit Profile Form Fields.
Have you seen this problem before and what do you think might be causing it??
Thanks
October 6, 2010 at 8:12 pm #25137intern007MemberI think I spotted the problem in the ’emember_pages_settings.php’ file where you initialize the form elements variables, the one for ‘street’ is missing See it here…
I thought I had the latest version of the plugin bought about a month ago, I’m surprised that others haven’t noticed it.

You can always get the latest stable build from this page:

October 7, 2010 at 7:07 am #25140January 21, 2011 at 10:37 pm #25141RalphMemberI am using the current version v5.9.8 of emember along with estore. Everything is working great accept for one issue that I just can’t find the answer to. When the purchase is complete, all emails go out as intended and all is good. When the user clicks on the registration link from the email and fills out their address, phone, etc, and then clicks save, nothing is updated.
The only info in the database is their initial info from the purchase, Name, Email, Membership Level. All other info they fill out just goes away. I checked out the forum and looked for solutions such as the one above, but none of them are relevant to the current version from what I can tell.
The complete your registration page is the only thing that is not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
January 22, 2011 at 5:52 am #25142amin007ParticipantHave you done any modification to the plugin? When you submit the form does it give you any error?
January 22, 2011 at 9:10 am #25143RalphMemberI have not done anything to the plugin files. I looked through them but prefer to leave a plugin like this alone unless need be. There are no errors. Form submits, user is redirection, success emails go out, all good. Just doesn’t save the info. I verified my version and nothing is modified. baffled.
and sweet, that was a quick response! you rock.
January 22, 2011 at 10:36 am #25144wpCommerceModeratorDid you forget to deactivate the plugin while upgrading to a newer version?
Can you please deactivate, delete the plugin and upload, install it again to see if it makes any difference?
