Hi,
I’ve spent the past two days trying everything you say to do here and test and retest: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/not-receiving-emails-even-though-the-plugin-sent-the-email
I’ve called hostmonster, they can’t help me.
when someone registers for the free program on the site [http://hrtoolkitsonline.com/join-us/registration/], emember registers them in the member side, however, no one is receiving their email (with the registration link).
I’ve installed the SMTP plugin you recommend. and set it up. Same exact outcomes.
I tested it with your test plugin. No emails received with that either.
When I try to run the debug, it returns a completely blank browser screen – even in eStore.
I’m using eMember, eStore and Affiliate.
Help me please…. I’m at my wits end.
Let me know if you want to see my admin side, please.

Hi Sheri, I’ve checked your log file and I can see that the plugin is saying that it has sent the emails successfully:
[05/26/2013 10:00 PM] – SUCCESS :Product Email successfully sent to [deleted by moderator].
[05/26/2013 10:00 PM] – SUCCESS :Notify Email successfully sent to [deleted by moderator].
So according the logs the plugin is definitely sending the email but it is getting blocked or lost somewhere.
The following suggest that you have an issue with email on this server:
I tested it with your test plugin. No emails received with that either.
By “test plugin”, are you referring to the email tester plugin mentioned in the following post?
Can you try the following test also:
Go to the eStore Admin Functions menu, and manually send an email to an email address using the “Send email to customers” section and confirm that it is being sent.
