I searched the forums and can’t seem to find an answer. When I go to WP eMember > Members it’s not displaying all of the members I have registered. They will display on the front end when I search for members but not in the back end.

    I’ve done the following:

    1.) Cleared browser cache

2.) Deactivated ALL plugins except for eMember

3.) Updated and installed a fresh copy (deleted old copy of eMember)

None of the above solutions have solved the issue. Any thoughts? Thank you for your time.

What version of WordPress are you using? Did you test your theme using the following test just to make sure it doesn’t have JavaScript errors that maybe throwing eMember off:

I’m running WP version 3.5.1 I followed the instructions in your link and even downloaded the plugin that was recommended. The only errors that showed up were deprecated codex references that seemed to be irreverent but I will change them and see if that helps (though I don’t hold high hopes).

I also turned off the main theme and used 2012 as the default and this also did not help. The plugin also didn’t show any javascript issues but I know the theme that is being used does use a lot of javascript.

    Any other suggestions?

Thank you for checking that. I sent you an email to get access to the site so I can do a few more checks to see what is going on.

Update: I think you didn’t realize that the members list gets paginated after a certain number of record. eMember automatically paginates the members list so you are not showing hundreds of entries in one page. When I went to the last page in your manage members menu I could see all the recently joined members.
