Is it possible to have the Register Now or Buy Now button take you directly to the cart? I do not wish to have a store page.

“Buy Now” and “Subscription” buttons go directly to PayPal, and already bypass the cart:

@angie01, Alternatively you can automatically redirect a user to the checkout page once the “Add to Cart” button is clicked (if you do steps 1-5 from the following page):
